We get it. In information security, time and clarity matter. That’s why our recruitment process is streamlined, transparent, and respectful of your time.
From first contact to final decision, the process usually takes around three weeks and includes two to three interview stages, depending on your experience.

First Contact
In the first conversation, you’ll meet one of our recruiters. You get the chance to ask us anything about the role, the team, or the types of security challenges we tackle.
Knowledge & Personality fit
The insights from these tests help us tailor the following conversations to who you are, not just what’s on your CV. We share the results with you during the first interview.
First Interview
This is where we dive into your motivation, skills, past projects, and ambitions. But more than that, we want to explore if there’s a match between your professional DNA and our culture of pragmatic, high-trust cybersecurity consulting. We’ll talk through real-life scenarios, your preferred ways of working, and how you see your future evolving.
Case Interview
You’ll work through a realistic case exercise related to your future role; be it compliance advisory, cloud security or risk governance. We want to see how you think, decide, and communicate. But don’t worry: it’s also your moment to test us and to see if our way of working matches your expectations.

We’re flexible, but we value face-to-face conversations when possible. Depending on your preference, we’ll meet you in one of our locations:
